FACILITIES USAGE GUIDELINES
Our facilities are available for use by members and non-members alike on a first-come basis, although members have priority. However, church-related activities have overall priority, meaning that we reserve the right to use a building, or a portion thereof, regardless of prior agreement in scheduling. Further, all activities must be in accordance with our beliefs and cannot be held for personal gain. And, all scheduling is done by the office.

- Individual: If the usage is for individuals, like birthday parties, anniversaries, weddings, etc they would be covered under the home owner's insurance of the person that schedules the event.
- Organized: Small organizations may not have their own insurance and, therefore, are required to fill out and sign the Facilities Use Agreement and Hold Harmless agreement below.
- Sports: Teams do have insurance and are required to fill out the Facilities Use Agreement below as well as furnish a copy of their insurance certificate showing the Skiatook Church of Christ as the certificate holder.
